Job Summary

As a Service Executive – Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless support experience. If you have experience in customer service within the healthcare industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Create weekly dashboards for complaint tracking and resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or client service.
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Graduation in any healthcare domain (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English and strong technical understanding.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
