As a Service Executive – Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless support experience. If you have experience in customer service within the healthcare industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Create weekly dashboards for complaint tracking and resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or client service.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Graduation in any healthcare domain (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and strong technical understanding.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
