Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

- General Scope
This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the strict conditions under which refunds or returns may be granted. Users are hereby notified that due to the clinical and personalized nature of our services, refunds are not entertained unless a critical lapse of service is proven.
- Service Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed only if:
- A home care visit was confirmed but the therapist failed to appear without notification or rescheduling;
- Services were paid for and not rendered due to verifiable internal system failure;
- A gross error was made in product dispatch (e.g., completely wrong or defective product).
- Exclusions from Refunds
The following scenarios shall not qualify for refund:
- Dissatisfaction with treatment outcome;
- Subjective perception of ineffectiveness;
- Patient missed or voluntarily canceled appointment;
- Change of intent or request after booking confirmation.
- Cancellation by Patient
– Cancellations ≥ 24 hours prior: eligible for rescheduling only.
– Cancellations < 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Clinic
In case of unavoidable disruptions from our end, we will offer either a reschedule or full refund based on patient preference.
- Product Return Policy
Returnable only if:
– Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery;
– Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Refund Processing Protocol
Refunds, if approved, shall be:
– Processed within ten (10) business days;
– Reversed to the original payment instrument only;
– Inclusive of transactional deductions where applicable.
- Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Unlawful chargebacks or misuse of refund provisions shall result in blacklisting and legal proceedings under IPC and IT Act.
- Final Authority Clause
The management reserves the right to make the final decision on any refund, return, or cancellation matter.
