  1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding understanding between the user (“You” or “User”) and Dr. Sudhir’s Pain Relief Clinic regarding access to and use of our website and services. By continuing use, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms in full.

  1. Services Rendered

Services include but are not limited to in-clinic and remote medical consultations, therapeutic interventions, home visits, sale of wellness kits, diagnostics, and educational content dissemination.

  1. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted.
  2. Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  3. Abstain from reverse engineering, data mining, or misuse of service materials.
  1. Limitation of Clinical Outcome

Our therapies are intended as supportive health services. We do not warrant or represent that any specific outcome or relief will be achieved. Individual results vary based on numerous biomedical and behavioral factors.

  1. Intellectual Property

All text, media, software, trade names, marks, and content on our platform are the intellectual property of the Clinic. No element shall be copied, re-used, or commercialized without express written authorization.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of disputes.

  1. Modification and Waiver

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of services post-modification shall constitute acceptance.

  1. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Sudhir’s Pain Relief Clinic and its affiliates against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of misuse or breach of these Terms.
